Fuxin Jialong Electronics Co., Ltd. is a joint venture reshuffled from Fuxin Transistor Co., Ltd.

Our products include:
1) Thyristors: phase control thyristors, fast switching thyristors, high frequency thyristors, triacs
2) Diodes: rectifier diodes, fast recovery diodes
3) Glass-passivated SCR chip, small power chips, thyristors power chips, diodes power chips
4) Models, rectifier diode modules, thyristor modules, thyristor / diode modules, three and single phase diode bridges, three phase thyristor bridge, three phase AC thyristor controllers, three phase AC triacs controllers
5) Power electronic units

We have employed 395 employees, which include 162 technicians. We have equipped with three production lines of power semiconductor devices and one power electronics unit production line. In addition, we have set up one provincial technical center mainly producing series of glass-passivated chips, series of thyristor, rectifiers, module and power electronic units.

Our products can be widely used for metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery, electronics, transportation, spaceflight and aviation. The military devices can be used for communications satellites, aero planes, submarines, radars and missiles. Our products have been sold to domestic market and markets of USA, South Korea, Italy and India. Our products of glass-passivated chips are on the advanced technical levels among domestic and have obviously abroad markets.
